John Izaguirre, who previously was Director of Business Development Europe at Ontology, joined Prosegur Crypto as Head of Sales and Partnerships. Prosegur Crypto, which is a subsidiary of Spanish security giant Prosegur, recently launched its new digital asset custody service focused on institutional clients. It is the first global security company to enter the crypto asset market and offer a comprehensive custody model and service, including one of the broadest insurance policies in the digital market.
Izaguirre is a well-known face in the crypto scene: his background includes founding DotDots back in 2012, a decentralized creative agency that connects the best emerging technology talent and companies around the world, and also co-founding and directing Start Quantum Ltd, a business accelerator operating in Hong Kong, Berlin and Mexico City.
